2. Are your handbags cruelty-free?

We offer a wide selection of vegan and cruelty-free handbags. Look for the Vegan / Cruelty-Free label on the product page.

3. How do I care for and clean my handbag?

To preserve quality, we recommend wiping the surface with a soft damp cloth. For leather bags, use a leather cleaner or conditioner. Avoid direct exposure to heat or excessive moisture.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 3 – 11 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

We prepare all orders for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number.
